Join Community Unite Foundation and APN for an evening focused on the mental side of sports and life. Student athletes, parents, coaches, and athletic staff will hear from former professional athletes and mental health professionals about confidence, resilience, stress management, and life beyond the game.

Mental Performance & Wellness Night takes place the evening before BKGB Sports Camp. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend both events, but each event has its own registration.

NOTE: Wellness Night registration is separate from BKGB Sports Camp registration. BKGB Sports Camp admission is $10 per athlete and must be completed through the official BKGB registration process.
